1. The service

Scenic Strip Stays is an informational website that describes a selection of hotels in Las Vegas and links to third-party websites where rooms can be booked. The site does not sell rooms, take reservations, process payments or act as a travel agent. All content is provided for general information and is not a substitute for checking details directly with a hotel or booking site before you travel.

2. Using the site

You may browse the site and follow its links for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use the site in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else's use of it, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or its hosting infrastructure, and not to use automated tools to scrape, copy or republish substantial portions of its content without written permission. You must be at least eighteen years old to make a booking through any linked site, in line with the terms of that site.

3. Intellectual property

The text, layout, design and code of the site are owned by Larkspur Meridian Media LLC or licensed to it and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Hotel names, trademarks and images belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the properties described. Nothing on the site grants you any licence to use those marks or images. You may print or save individual pages for personal reference; any other reproduction requires our prior consent.

4. Third-party links and bookings

The site contains links to booking sites and other third-party websites. Any booking, purchase or other transaction you make after following a link is made directly with that third party and is governed solely by its terms and conditions and privacy policy. Prices, availability, taxes, resort fees, cancellation rules and all other terms of stay are set by the hotel and the booking site, not by us, and may change at any time. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, security or conduct. We may receive a commission from a booking site when you complete a reservation after following a link from this site; this does not affect the price you pay.

5. Accuracy of content

We take reasonable care to describe each hotel accurately, drawing on the hotel's own published information. Hotels change their facilities, names and ownership, and we cannot guarantee that every detail is current at the moment you read it. Descriptions of facilities, locations and room types are general in nature. Always confirm anything that matters to your stay on the booking page or with the hotel directly.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Larkspur Meridian Media LLC and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or any linked third-party site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or withdraw access to all or part of the site at any time without notice, including where we believe these terms have been breached. Sections 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10 and 11 survive any termination.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you access the site from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

11. Disputes

If a dispute arises, please contact us first at [email protected] so that we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this address, and your continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will continue in effect.
