Center Strip
Balcony rooms over the Strip
Terraces with Strip views set the Cosmopolitan apart on the Center Strip, backed by several pools, a spa and a dense run of restaurants.

North Strip
All-suite tower, north end
All-suite rooms fill the Encore tower at the north end of the Strip, alongside its own spa, pools and the Wynn golf course.

Center Strip
Suite living beside Aria
Suites with kitchenettes make Vdara a quieter Center Strip base, a short covered walk from Aria and Bellagio, with a spa and pool deck.

Center Strip
High lobby, calm rooms
Set within CityCenter, the Waldorf Astoria keeps a lobby high above the Strip, with a spa, pool and afternoon tea in the Tea Lounge.

South Strip
Quiet floors at the south end
Occupying the upper floors of the Mandalay Bay tower, the Four Seasons has its own entrance, pool and spa at the Strip's south end.

Center Strip
Fountains, gardens and dining
Fountains and a botanical conservatory define Bellagio, a Center Strip resort with a courtyard of pools, a spa and fine dining.
Las Vegas Boulevard runs north to south, and the six hotels listed here fall into three stretches of it. Where you stay sets how much of each day is spent walking, waiting for a ride or simply staying put.
Bellagio, the Cosmopolitan, Vdara and the Waldorf Astoria sit within a few blocks of each other around Bellagio and CityCenter. This is the densest part of the Strip for restaurants and shows, and the easiest place to be without a car. Bellagio and the Cosmopolitan are large resorts with the fountains and the Strip itself at the door. Vdara and the Waldorf Astoria are hotel-only buildings set slightly back from the boulevard, which makes them quieter while keeping the same address. A free tram links Bellagio, Vdara and Aria, and Park MGM, so moving between them does not mean a walk in the heat.
Encore, with Wynn beside it, stands at the north end near Fashion Show mall and the Las Vegas Convention Center. The immediate neighbourhood is calmer than the Center Strip and the grounds are self-contained, with pools, a spa and the only on-Strip golf course among these six. The trade-off is distance: reaching the Bellagio area on foot is a long walk, so plan on rideshare, taxis or the Deuce bus that runs the length of the boulevard.
The Four Seasons occupies the upper floors of the Mandalay Bay tower at the far south end, closest to Harry Reid International Airport. It operates with its own entrance, lobby, pool and spa, and a free tram connects Mandalay Bay with Luxor and Excalibur. Guests here get the quietest setting of the six, at the cost of being furthest from the Center Strip.
Location first: if the plan is to walk between resorts, restaurants and shows, the Center Strip saves the most time. Facilities second: all six have a spa and pool, but only Vdara offers suites with kitchenettes, only Encore is all-suite with golf on site, and only Vdara lists pets as welcome. Room type matters for longer stays; standard rooms at the large resorts are generous, but the suite-led hotels give more space to spread out. Getting around: the Las Vegas Monorail runs along the east side of the Strip, the Deuce bus covers the whole boulevard, and resort trams link neighbouring properties on the west side. Finally, read the booking page closely. Resort fees are added by most Strip hotels and are shown at checkout, and parking arrangements differ from one resort to the next.
The Center Strip, around Bellagio and CityCenter, puts the most restaurants, shows and sights within walking distance. Bellagio, the Cosmopolitan, Vdara and the Waldorf Astoria all sit in that stretch, so the choice there comes down to whether you want a large resort or a quieter hotel-only building.
The Center Strip hotels are within a few blocks of one another, while Encore at the north end and the Four Seasons at the south end are each a long walk from the middle. Rideshare, taxis, the Deuce bus and the resort trams cover those longer hops.
Most hotels on the Strip add a nightly resort fee on top of the room rate, and the booking page shows it before you confirm. The fee typically covers items such as in-room internet and fitness center access, but the exact inclusions differ by hotel.
Vdara Hotel & Spa is the one listed here whose suites include kitchenettes. Encore at Wynn Las Vegas is also all-suite, but its suites are not set up for cooking.
Every "Check availability" button opens the hotel's page on Hotels.com in a new tab, where you can enter dates, see rates and complete a booking. Scenic Strip Stays does not take bookings itself.
